NOCTEUM chokers are made of genuine leather (cow, snake, python, crocodile, pearl fish skin, etc.), all NOCTEUM metal hardware is made of grade A stainless steel, integrity of seamless artwork, to ensure the solid structure on the basis of avoiding various accidents; candles are made of soy wax mixed with natural essential oils, phosphorus-free. All materials comply with international ecological certification.

Please measure the narrowest part of your neck and add 1.5 inches to get the right size for the choker. We usually add 2-3 holes during the production process to increase the applicability of the product. You can check the specific measurement method on the product details page.

Standard candles can burn for 1.5 hours. Always trim the wick to 0.6 cm before lighting and store it properly. Keep candles away from children/pets. The wax temperature is about 42℃/107.6℉ when the candle is burning. Do not drip wax into delicate areas. If it drips into the eyes or is accidentally ingested, please seek medical attention immediately.

Yes! Our vegetable tanned leather will develop a beautiful patina over time. You can choose the choker that suits your style, it's up to you!

We offer free laser engraving (up to 20 characters) on the inside of the collar. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for production.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Each lovely collar is handmade by NOCTEUM craftsmen. Compared with mass-produced goods, handicrafts carry the spirit, concentration and passion of craftsmen. After receiving the customized products, it takes us about 7 days to complete and ship them.

Accepts worldwide delivery. Delivery to North America/EU in 8-10 days (except the United States), delivery to Southeast Asia in 5-6 days, due to the current US tariff issue, it may take longer to ship, about 10-12 days. Import tariffs are borne by the seller.

Unused/non-customized items can be returned within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Please refer to our return policy on our homepage for details. If you have any questions about returns or exchanges, please communicate with us in time.

Please send photos to support@nocteum.com within 7 days. We will evaluate the item and if it needs to be replaced we will send a replacement immediately (free shipping)
